1. Using Brandportal
You may use Brandportal only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, maintaining accurate account information, and ensuring that people using your organization's account are authorized to do so.
2. Your content and connected accounts
You retain your rights in content and business data that you submit or connect. You grant us the limited permissions needed to host, process, display, transmit, and back up that content to provide the features you request. You are responsible for having the necessary rights, notices, and consents for information that you upload or send through an integration.
3. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Use Brandportal to violate law, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or a third-party platform's rules.
- Send spam, deceptive communications, malicious code, or content that harms recipients or the service.
- Attempt to bypass access controls, probe another account, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with its availability.
- Use connected messaging channels without following the applicable provider's policies, including WhatsApp Business Platform policies when relevant.
4. Third-party services
Brandportal may connect to services operated by third parties. Those services are subject to their own terms, policies, availability, and fees. We are not responsible for changes or failures in a third-party service, including changes to permissions, APIs, message delivery, account quality, or platform eligibility.
5. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes where appropriate. We do not guarantee that Brandportal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business purpose.
6. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when necessary to protect the service, respond to misuse, comply with a provider or legal requirement, or address unpaid or unauthorized use. You may request account closure by contacting admin@hsmarketing.id. Data handling after closure is described in our Privacy Policy and data deletion instructions.
7. Disclaimers and contact
Brandportal is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Hanindo Communication is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service or a third-party integration. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
