How to request deletion
- Email admin@hsmarketing.id with the subject “Data deletion request – Hanindo Communication”.
- Send the request from the email address associated with the account, and identify the relevant Brandportal workspace, business, or connected account.
- Tell us whether you want a specific item removed or the account and associated personal information deleted.
What happens next
- We verify the request and may ask for additional information to prevent unauthorized deletion.
- We remove eligible information from active systems and disconnect relevant integrations where applicable.
- Some limited records may be retained where required by law, needed for fraud prevention, or necessary to preserve accounting and security evidence.
- We will confirm the result or explain any limitation within a reasonable period required by applicable law.
